When you change the name of the P.I.F. Frame, only the name is changed but the original P.I.F. Frame is not deleted. (For Windows 2000 and XP users)

Check that you have not logged on as a user without administrator privilege.
This problem may happen when you log on as a user without administrator privilege and then change the name of the P.I.F. Frame made by the administrator. You can get the P.I.F. Frame with its name changed as well as the P.I.F. Frame with its name not changed.
The solution of this problem is to log on as an administrator and delete the original P.I.F. Frame or change the name again.
